  • That 4.6 was the slowest stang ford built.

  • I read what the one guy said yeah the 4.6 does have better stock than the older 5.0 mustangs but I would rather have a 5.0 like the one I already have it seems like aftermarket parts are cheaper for them and they are easier to work on too. I satisfied with the sound of the mustang I have.

  • @510Dru your 4.6 will rev much faster and has a higher red line. that makes a big difference. ill take the NEW 5.0 quad cam @ 600 HP with out forced induction.. any day >.<

  • I love how the 5.0's sound with a cam but there evenly matched when you hear a 4.6 DOHC with cams :-p I have both hahaha

  • i know most of u like 5.0's better but iv'e beat slightly modified 5.0's with my stock 4.6...and isnt that all that matters

  • @Jx181 4.6 sounds better than a 5.0??? That is the first time I've ever heard that; including all the people driving 4.6 Mustangs who stop to admire my 5.0's idle. To each their own, I guess. As far as I'm concerned, there's no sound in the automotive world that can match the rumble of a cammed 5.0.

  • 4.6 is expensive to make it run! 5.0 is the best engine, ever made.

    Even in Mexico has a 5.0 engine, better than U.S.A "better alloy" in few words 5.0 is the fucking way and 4.6 SUCKS!!!
