This is my favorite version of the wonderful song. Why does this song make me cry is beyond me really. It is really just a simple silly song about a storybook bear and young boy. I do think life should be this simple but this prison planet has different plans for us as humanbeing.

This brings me back to my days of growing up. I love this song and loggins & messina.

My grandma had a tape with this on it. I'd always get homesick at night at her house when I was little. She'd play it and sing it for me. It always made me cry. The song was always sad to me.

This was the song my parents danced to at their wedding in 1975. I remember hearing my mom play it a lot when I was little. They're both dead now. Lost them both in the last year and a half, and now hearing this song stirs up emotion in me like I have not felt before. I'd like to imagine they are both dancing with this in the background, where ever they are right now. I love and miss them both, so much <3

Pooh bears .

I will never be a child again.
I will never experience the joy and wonder of believing my stuffed toys can hear me.
All I'm left with are memories.
I hope I never stifle the imaginations of my children.
And I'm going to sing this to my kids as often as possible.

No matter how old you get, matter where ever you are, on a cold blustery day like today, just thinking of magical little bear named Pooh, will bring a smile to anyone's face.
