No I don't think so, u can use it if u don't have a wifi router, but at least you need a computer with wi-fi enabled...

Hmmm but what I didn't show on this video, is the hard time I had to make it work... Sometimes it's working, sometimes it's not, and you don't even know why...
Anyways, sorry guys, I can't post this program...
But have a look to the other video I made using weezo... It's free and it's working far much better than the one from x-oom
