Very interestin video. I have a quite large collection of pipes and am myself a pipe smoker.I have subscribed to your site. Great moustache. I too have a handlbar moustache, but not so fine.

NO!!!!! poly clay is not the medium to use. for one it is poisonous when heated well above 300 degrees. and a pipe can get that hot sometime hotter.. most like too it will catch fire.

@DaltonPipes I have an old brass mold that was plowed up by my grandfather in the late 1920s...I do have some photos of it i can send . Do you have any knowledge of these old molds? Worth etc....

Kerpal6 tries to insult the maker of this movie. Visiting his/her site make me belief he/she deals in sex movies. Anyway Kerpal6 proves to lack civilization. I better stay away from this Kerpal.

Indeed it is the best to fire the clay. Outside glazing was originally done only for the "luxurious" versions. In other words: glazing is perfectly safe. It will be safe to smoke your pipe as long as it is well made. The worst that can happen is cracking

Where can one get pipe molds?

As far as I know you can't buy them. You have to make them yourself or have them made by a toolmaker.
