The fire extinguisher is in a bad place. I have two children under 3yrs and they both like to walk or crawl over and play with the fire extinguisher, one time they managed to remove the yellow safety pin. They should be child-proof or in a spot unreachable by kids. Same goes for the slide control, older kids are curious at the buttons, there should be a lockout to cut power from the slides.
