I did this on my pally. I generate threat just by walking into a zone so all the adds just wanted my head the whole time anyway.

@RickRolled291 i chose this option to make shure i dont have full health when first MC brakes
you see first MC brakes roughly at the same time adds start coming from all over the room.
ERegen and last stand provides one solid AE taunt giving me additional adds to proc Blood craze
if my healthbar is full when i do this move, itwill not have the same effect since i dont realy get healed, overhealing dont have the same effect for some reason, dont know why

Hi, me again! So I tried it with my Paladin and the problem I face is that some adds go for Razorgore instead of me. Anything special you're doing to prevent that?

i hold aggro off Razoegore trough healing .
' Blood Craze ' the warrior ability granting me 10% chance on hit to heal me 3% of my max hp , works as a AE Taunt more or less . so basicly when i have all those mobs on me Blood Craze will have a 100% uptime granting me 1500-1600 constant ticks.. you can clearly see the healing granted Center to right on screen scrolling down in Green Smart Kiting and egg choice is also important, but without the selfhealing , i cant do this Legit atm
