The Porter I brewed 3 days ago has stopped fermenting. It had a massive blow the first 2 days then started tapering off until a complete stop at around 65 hours. Is this normal for a Porter? My Belgion Wit and Blond brews went on for two weeks. Thanks!
this is wrong man... look at the temp you mash at.. should be 150ish

if you leave the bag in longer will it give a better taste ? Great video, quality of recording could be a little better But very interesting thanks
