This is the drum solo that Danny Carey (Tool) performed during Schism, before "The cold silence has..." part. The place of the concert was Fresno, 08/06/06. You probably know that the studio version of the song doesn't include this solo, and I believe it's better that way, however I think it's still really good... so enjoy!

its when you have many rythms POLY-RYTHM=MANY-RYTHMS. in this case it means having more than one time signature and beat active which depending on the polyrythm can be pretty difficult since you have to divide your brain to understand the many rythms together.

@LipanConjuring8519 i dont deny that Neil Peart is a very good drummer and among the elites of the drumming world but i still think hes hyped up to be way more than he really is. You can be overrated but still be really good.

First off Neil Peart is way too overrated and doesnt belong in any top 5 or top 10 lists of drummers. Second, even though this solo is amazing, Danny has some even cooler solos. Third, even though danny's solos are smelly brick inducing, His real awesomeness comes in the beats and complex poly-rythms he pulls off while keeping a cool groove
