Plate Techtonics works the same on every planet/moon. It´s called Continental drift. Yes, there is more than one way one can explain how they move apart but how do you then explain how they collide? If they (planets/moons) grow then continents or plates can only grow apart, and they don´t they also sometimes collide. If you draw some shapes on a balloon and make it bigger the shapes will never collide no matter how how big it gets, they will only move apart. Mmmmmkaay?

SSSSsso, why do we call these pieces "The Crust" at all????? You say they are just God-made funny shaped pieces scattered in different areas around the body like BEER Coasters,....is that it? I see.

@nealadamsdotcom Good job I can't thank you enough, I knew they were full of it in 4th grade, other parts of science class made sense and didn't contradict themselves. When our string theorists and subatomic models start paying attention to this truth we will have breakthroughs. Waves propagate - in space what are they propagating through ? Ether(dark matter) vs perfectly empty vacuum...people are waking up.

If this is true, then what is making the moon expand? Also, how is it expanding? Does it's mass increase too? Does it get hollow? Does it get less dense? I'd like to know more :)

@deathsite1902 That is not true. If you mean ideas like the basic laws of gravity then you are right. There is no reason to do extensive research on Newtons Theory`s anymore because they are indeed a fact. But all fields of science are constantly being tested and retested and are ever changing and growing with each new discovery.
