I like technology, I like movies, and I like Dungeons and Dragons. So you do the math. I was reading up on some fancy DMing tips, and found a thread on a board about a DM who had little introductory PowerPoints to his playing sessions. You know, just a one minute or two bit with some cute medieval music and some images from the campaign.
Being a douchebag, I though "Hey, I can do that!" And thus, the introduction video for my campaign, which will be starting within the next month, was born.
The reason it's so BLAND is because the adventure hasn't started, so I can't put places and people they haven't seen The Emperor and Vula Smallboot are prominent figures though, that everyone knows about. So they could go in.
Before you ask me, the music is the opening theme to "The Tudors." I love how I pay back Showtime's kindness by taking their music. But hey, this is obviously not-for-profit, and technically will only be shared with my players, so I doubt Showtime will have an issue. YouTube on the other side...
Awesome dude! I love fantasy RPG like movies or games : )
Is there going to be more to it?

Thanks! Yes, there is going to be more of it (hopefully). In fact, as I'm replying right now (yes, yes, at this very instant!) I'm uploading an expansion map, that covers 1500 years of political history in Mehrenir. I sure hope you speak Spanish though, seeing how that's the language I'm running the campaign in. Also, as the campaign progresses, I will be releasing newer intros (if we do 2 games a month, that's a new intro every 3 months), featuring more of the players and their quests.
