what a liar this man is. Islam is a package deal, you take it all or take nothing. a light beating of the wife is permissible in Islam as a last resort. the beating must not leave a mark, not be in sensitive areas and not on the face. this is agreed upon by all four madhabs, it is in the classical tafsirs and in the hadith. i for one REFUSE to liberalise Islam to please the west and western influenced muslims as this sellout suck up does.
