you pre chill your stem glass for the cosmopolitan , but in your daiquiri video you do not chill your glass.. I wonder why ???, there is absolutely no consistency in your technique . holding the bottle correctly means the label should be facing the guest ...and where is the flamed orange zest ????? i would squeeze that lemon juice into your eyes ... PEACE

Bumping the shaker on the table,

Filling the shaker with ice before the ingredients,

Defacing the bottless,

Jigger or no jigger,

Etc etc etc. lots of room for improvement so you can promote your school in a more professional way and get more business. :-)

No complain, just a friendly piece of advise:

Check the expiry date of your Roses Lime juice. The color turns yellowish when the date has expired where is should be more Green. Yours is yellow, do the math.

I think your defensive comment answers is the reason why people is so aggressive. About your videos. Many are right. Have you ever thought of correcting the mistakes that people are pointing out? One should think that you had an interest in making these videos in order to promote your school
