@phatmattd if you can take it apart you can put it back in. Prying those tires off are much harder than putting them in anyway.
If you can't figure out how to put in a new tire in a reverse order at this point, may as well not do it.

They didn't even show how to put the tube on. Useless.

When you're riding in moderate terrain, XC, etc. you should have your seat more on less how the roadies have it. You want to be able to extend your leg to get a good stroke, but there should only be a slight bend at full extension. Obviously, on more aggressive terrain when you're out of a the saddle a lot more, you'll want to drop the post down.

@MrThompson111 i have my seat high enough to stretch my legs when pedaling. Having the seat too low may cause a knee injury.
