  • I think Bhakri is made from (coarse grained) wheat flour and "Rotla" (રોટલો in gujarati) is made from millet flour. In Gujarat, both bhakri and Rotla are coocked on a clay-pan called "tavdi"

    would like to add that ur recipe says millet means bajra but while displaying on video it was mentioned as jawar & actually what i could see that dough u were using looks like jawar & bajra.....

    please update us right info, would be gr8ful.... thanks.....
