  • Is it bad that one leg is better than the other?

  • this + hip flexor and lower back strech = good hips thus reducing postural problems.

  • Haha, last time I tried to do a high side kick with lots of strength in it and KRRRRK, ripped my hamstring. It still hurts when I try to kick dammit.

  • Im the same, for along time I thought it was my hips that prevented me from doing the splits/high kicks turns out I have tight hamstrings from running
