The Magic Bullet Fund provides financial assistance to people who have dogs with cancer but cannot afford treatment. Millions of pet dogs have cancer at this moment - 50% of our pet dogs are expected to have some kind of cancer in their lifetimes. Those of us who can afford treatment for our pups with cancer are very fortunate. Those who cannot must receive assistance.
