@CharlieMac3runner agreed this is about the cap for WOW player intelligence. WOW can get you un-laid its so bad. One time, WOW went up to AO and said, can I have some of your players? They are mostly smart and friendly, all I have is a bunch of magic loving kids who ragequit or troll. AO said to WOW: FUCK YO COUCH NUCKA! IM KEEPIN EM. cool story huh?

yes, they do. but it's an instant shot now, and reduces healing by 50% on the target. kind of a ranged Mortal Strike.
