Wow, this video took over two hours to upload! Anyhoo....
This was a boring buttercream cake he he. I don't like doing buttercream cakes because I've never learnt how to properly buttercream a cake and get it all flat. I think I did a pretty good job though. I would have liked to have had some plain paper towel handy to smooth the top, but the client loved it.

Hey Danielle... nice video, i was in splits when you were waking the letters out... we don't see all that on the pros video and then have to find a way that works :0)... Anyway,I'm from Vancouver,Canada and my fav cake flavours are, banana, carrot and just discovered Clementine cake... which is the die for as its made with almond powder and no flour... keep caking hun, should have the Teal coloured cake up soon. xxx

Hey Danielle! Thanks for sharing your FMM cutters, I been trying to nail what brand it was for those font cut outs. Anyways hmm fav flavor will be orange cake with cream cheese. Oh I just love cream cheese icing with everything, even honey graham crackers!

Yes! D.C! I'll let you know if I get to go over that side of the country, I really hope so...I've just taken a big knock financially so I'll have to wait and see. My friend had a good idea, seeing as the trip I'm hoping to do is for my 30th Birthday, she said I should open up a page on facebook where people can donate as my present and just use paypal. People have said they would, no one will miss $10 or $20 and it will all add up! I feel weird asking, but might just do it! x

@dantwaz Funny Girl, Pudding and Custard are two different things here, Custard is more egg yoke based and less sweet. Pudding is sweet and whipped topping like, like sweet cream. We also have buscuits like a bread,or scone, muffins like a cupcake, cookies, etc. They are all different in our world but we have them all. LOL Have you tried any of the recipes in my bookyet??? Cheers Sis!!!!
