Tai Chi For The World ~ no bowing at the door, we are all one.

First off, some important points you need to know about Tai Chi Chuan...
• It is not just for stress relief
• It is not just for health
• It is not just for beginners
• It is not just for the martial artist
• It is not just for one culture
• It is not just for seniors
• It is not just for weight loss
• IT IS JUST FOR YOU!

Learn the 108 movement, Yang Style Long Form. Tai Chi is often described as meditation in motion... and there is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems.

You can get started even if you aren't in top shape or the best of health. Tai Chi is available for everyone; this is why I produced this video; just for YOU.
Tai Chi is not some mystical, far away, imagined lifestyle; it is an exercise that has been practiced for centuries; only recently in the west.

It is an application that will transform your body to that of "cotton surrounding steel"; it is a soft, fluid, beautiful and yet powerful internal martial art.

In the video, I will teach you the form in its entirety, not only from the front, but from the back as well; this makes it much easier to learn the form. I will cover everything you need to know about learning and practicing Tai Chi Chuan...

The video is presented in five chapters, all on one DVD.
1. Introduction: The philosophy, theory and practice of Tai Chi Chuan, and its many benefits

2. Preparation: Covers the necessity of warming up your muscles, ligaments and joints; as well as walking you through each step of each warm up exercise. This chapter also includes a section of the basic movements broken down to the most fundamental level; this makes the form much easier to follow and understand.

3. The Form From The Front: Watch the motion of the entire Yang Style Long Form... study the movements, and the flowing, circular motion of the body

4. The Form From The Back: Follow along at your own pace, by watching the form from behind; this allows the viewer to move the same direction as I move

5. In Closing, The Form As I Practice: Watch as I practice the entire form, and review the fundamentals of practicing Tai Chi Chuan

If you are worried about being able to set time aside to practice, I would only ask that you spend 5 minutes a day to try it; I can absolutely attest that doing so will make you feel much better. Any moment spent doing something you love, is much better than not.

Practicing Tai Chi regularly can improve your aerobic capacity, muscular strength, flexibility and balance; and it can improve your well-being and decrease your stress. It's a martial art that has been practiced for centuries by millions of Chinese. My suggestion is to give it a try. You've got a lifetime of fitness ahead of you, and so adding something new and different to your fitness skill that has this much potential is worth a try.

I can assure you, it's truly worth the effort!

All the best,
Craig
