I have a question. A perspective student pays his training but is not able to work at the dealership he applied to for whatever reason. So, you place that person at another one. Now if they get placed at dealership #2 and stay the 90 days - how does dealership #2 pay back the student the money he paid for dealership #1? it almost sounds like a catch 22 for that student who seemingly loses out

Thank you for the question, typically what happens if the graduate starts at another dealership other than the "Host" dealer he or she would be reimbursed by the dealership they work at ,provided they are there the 90 day. This is not 100% of the time, but of course if any salesperson is at the dealership for 90 days chances are very very good that they have made it over the hump, have made some goodf money and well on their way to a great career in the business.
