be careful, don't break the VW.... mine tends to smell of burning matches or something when i get on it more than 4k rpm. car sucks, it's been a mess since day one.

You might wanna shift at around 6000 -6300 where the powerband is gratest. redlining it cuts the power badly. I noticed it happed when shifting 2nd-3rd ( it killed your momentum there) and then 3rd-4th again. 60-85 will win you many races........ =D

i had a question tho, i know as far as apr you have to go to a local dealer to have ecu work done, it says the ecu upgrade is basicly 600 dollars-- does that include them actually porting it?

@StraightUppJeff As for the price, it depends. Call and ask if they are willing to cut you a deal. I got mines for about $700 at that time. And yes, it does include them porting the ecu. It's worth every penny. :)

hey, i just installed my p-flow yesterday and im getting that same farting sound that you got at :21 when your in a low gear and you step on it. Do you know whats making that sound?
