@Metallicaforever95 as you can see in gta lcs it leads yo to the other tunnel entrance and to liberty state but that part is blocked

i cant acutally get there because im a prettty good dodo flyer but i keep falling!

@Metallicaforever95 some people say that the tunnel leads to carcel city and is the only way out of liberty city on earth but in reality it goes nowhere because it is not solid also believed to ghost town is a part of carcel city

welll there is a tunnel down by that hill where that observatory thats blocked off how do you unblock it an what does it lead too
