There is no "union of States" because the States are not in contract with one another. The States are in contract with the United States which is a private corporation.

Pure genius. Congress should work on making a Standardized Compendium of Laws. So that a state may enact SCL 491(10)C Striking "weapon" and replacing it with "deadly weapon". States would be able to create their own laws, with the option to use modified SCL laws. So to allow the state to simplify for the citizen's ease. Washington and Oregon both use SCL ___ to ban murder but note how their state has modified the standard model law.

A key limitation of the proposed revised constitution is that it is merely "an Agreement between States." This agreement does model "good behavior rules" for individuals: "Each State pledges never to initiate Force against any other State or Country."
"No Weapons" means "Don't initiate Force."

Not initiating force doesnt talk about weapons. Weapons and militia are for defense and meant for defensive purposes. Correct?

The "No Weapons" rule (understandable even by toddlers) does not mean that there are no weapons. Because anything can be a weapon. A toy truck, a stick, fingernails, teeth!
So "Don't initiate Force" really gets at the heart of what we want -- a peaceful world.
Where self-defense is ok, but initiating Force is not.
