it's simple but tuff, that's why he is the check boss. He's not ment to be anything extraordinarily difficult.

you guys are right this boss IS simple. although without knowing the strategy, every boss will wipe the raid as first encounter. i mean the one that first said "you have to kill it within 6 minutes otherwise you are screwed" most likely died on the 7th minute of his first encounter with patchwerk..xD

Does anyone remember when patchwerk needed 3-4 tanks that taunted everytime the other tank got attacked? I wish they had the naxx 40 left, this one is bullshit..

* Hateful Strike: Patchwerk will use this ability at a 1 second frequency on the target in melee range with the highest HP who is also one of the top three on Patchwerk's aggro list. This means that if you have 3 tanks, the rest of the melee is perfectly safe as long as they stay below the threat of all 3 tanks. Does 79,000 to 81,000 raw physical damage which can mitigated by armor and parried/dodged. This ability will add threat to the three most threatening on Patchwerks aggro list.
