But you know things are bad when, in CA, the self-appointed GREEN GODS of the world, cannot afford to manufacture GREEN products in my state. 141 companies have left, and the exodus continues at an alarming rate. Taking 11 years to approve a desalination plant in Carlesbad in a drought ridden state; Sunrise Power Link in the Imperial Valley - $2 billion waste of space because they can't get approval for the grid path. There are 100's of ex's of EPA dominance.

You lied on Floor of the Senate today, 6/10/10, regarding giving the EPA more power to regulatory power. Look at CA. We have the toughest EPA standards around and companies are leaving my state right and left because of the extreme EPA standards that make it impossible to do business in CA and make a profit. Even green companies are leaving CA because it is too costly to manufacture their products. Companies will not just leave CA, but the entire USA to escape the regulations.

Remember, their Progressive Leader, the Dear Reader (Obama) believes the U.S. Constitution is a "charter of negative right."
