Data filtering in JMP

The small population, i.e., less than a billion, is not enough to analyze suicide rate, because they don't designate some constant.
If a man commits suicide coincidentally in a small group, i,e,. 1000, its suicide rate is 100.
Next year, no one commit, so the rate is 0.
When the population is too small, such situation happens.
Therefore, data filtering is necessary.
