This may sound harsh but any comments debating wheather Anxiety Disorders are real will be deleated. I made this video for people who suffer with anixiety not to prove they exist in a debate.   • Increasing self esteem and self acceptance has helped tremendously.

  • @poshetop CBT. the most important thing is exposure. if you are sensitize to a stimulus, the best way to desensitize yourself to it is by repeatedly and frequently exposing yourself to it without carrying out any safety behaviours or avoidance. this is really tough, i know; but without it there is no recovery and with it you get your life back. other things help to but that is number 1. practice by taking slow steps. maybe ask 5 people each day for the time? it gets easier i promise.
