"Food" is a 30-minute documentary that follows your dinner from the plate to the field, farm and ocean.
The investigation reveals some surprising facts about the modern food chain. You may be surprised how far your oranges have traveled, what's in your farmed salmon, and why your chicken breasts are so large these days.

I find this short documentary very interesting. It looks like the food industry in the United States of America is all about bigger, faster and cheaper.
Are there documentaries or is there any scientific research about the European food industry? Since I live in the Netherlands I would like to know where the food from my grocerie store comes from and if it's better to buy (more expensive) homegrown food in the local health and food store.
My compliments again for this documentary.
