Blizzard of 2011 Monmouth, Illinois Time-Lapse 1 - 2/1/2011

February 1st and 2nd, 2011 we got hit with a huge blizzard, with more than 1ft of snow accumulating in less than 24 hours, with drifts as high as 4-5 feet o_O This is a time-lapse video from early morning on the 1st to the 2nd. The yardstick I placed outside read about 3 inches before the snow, and 18.5 inches afterwards.

I live in Monmouth IL, that snow strom in the video was realy bad at my house, my dog almost got stuck in the snow, I heard that a snow storm werse than than the one in the video was predicted to hit Monmouth IL this Winter
