I tried this today. I was given a sample from my bodybuilding com order and my body did not react well to it. It made my whole body extremely itchy, especially my face for about an hour after I took the product. I had a great workout with this product, however. In my opinion, having a good workout is not worth experiencing the adverse effects my body has to this. I have Craze as well and had not had any negative effects with it.
