Melanie's Story

Melanie suffers from Cystic Fibrosis and is awaiting a double lung transplant. Most of her adult life she has spent in and out of hospitals and dependent on oxygen. Here Melanie shares her story, what a transplant would mean to her and why she feels organ, eye and tissue donation is important.
