I am Eritrean but despite all the hate campaign and rivalry I just can't keep my-self away from anything Ethiopian. I have travled to many part of the world, but nothing seems to be more related to me than Ethiopian music, culture and everything. I have never been able to express this feeling infront of both Ethiopians and Eritreans, because with ethis It feels like a defeat, with Eris It feels like betrayal but I always wonder how we got here despite all the beautiful things we have in common.

ya im ethiopian and i LOVE this song. im only 14 but im inlove with ethiopian culture. i love eritreans too but whether or not you guys like it you ARE ETHIOPIAN. drawing a line in a map and giving it a name doesnt make it a completely differnt country. u ARE still ethiopian. your descendents will STILL have ethiopian blood. we are still family.

@asmarom1 wow finally I found someone who share my views. I am originally from Eritrea who have a western citizenship. I always claim we as Eritreans no one is closer to us than our Ethiopian brothers and sisters. We have the same culture, tradition and we came from the same ancestral background. I rerally love humanity but when it lies into geography I love Ethiopians than any other, beacuase we are the same regardless the political differences. BTW nice clip ..well done Sayat & u r beautiful 2
