Random milling doesnt hurt chaos - Over milling does. Most chaos decks run at least a few milling cards. Its speeds deck up and gets chaos food to GY.

incorrect, BLS came back because our banlis isnt based on OCG< its based off of JAPANS banlist, and in japan, monsters have spell speed, and cant chain to a trap. if we had our own banlist, BLS would NEVER come back. CED might come back also.

Japan's list is the OCG list.
They play the OCG, we play the TCG. We copy their list.
Their list that is designed for them, not us.
Oh and the summoning of monster has no speed, only the monster effects do.

you talk to much, but true enough, random milling DOES SUCK. lol, ran twilight off and on (atm im using BLS and Necros) and the random milling does suck when running chaos etc.

I hate random milling because I have suck terrible luck with it.
EXAMPLE: Flip ryko mill reborn, dark hole, heavy...
