Who needs gear? Records like this gave me superhuman strength and agility .....okay i wasnt up to Sandys standard but i gave it a good go.....and thirty years later im still of superlative fitness....New York Marathon in November will be my 94th and i will be 4months short of 55years of age!!And i will be in the top 1,500 out of 56000....not bad eh and dancing to sounds like this has certainly helped!!! keep the faith....Mad Dave from York formerly Burnley

I am dancing in this vid - and proud to say I was there! With northern sounds on my iPod I now KTF and shake it (actually quite a bit as I am nearly 2 stone heavier than I was) in all the countries I visit, lol. These nights were sublime. Thanks for sharing this vid.
