After playing a bit of L4D, I decided that I'd make this very short and pretty awful sound edit in which Louis is speaking about Pain Pills, and about Grabbin' Pills in particular, while in the Safe Room.

Nothing big and nothing special.

@ASecondOpinion1501 It says: "Please do not use this audio track without my PERMISSION." Thats a huge difference. Also, no I wouldn't care. This is the internet people copy an upload stuff all the time. If big companies can't control that, why would I be able to?! No need to put energy into something that you have no control over. Plus, you said you don't want others to use "your edited stuff" but did you ask valve for permission? (I now they don't care you know what I mean)

@Gameinggames I don't say people NEED it. I said it'd be nice if people asked for it. I have better things to be doing than searching Youtube high and low for those using this. However, those taking the edit and claiming it as their own edit is what bothers me - which is why the message is there.

If you put work into something and then someone comes along, pisses all over it and takes it themselves claiming they made it... You surely wouldn't be happy with that, would you?

@ASecondOpinion1501 You clearly stated taht people need your "permission" to use the video. What are you going to do if they do it without asking for your permission? Are you going to sue them because they used "your footage and audio"? If you really wouldn't care you wouldn't even have that note in "your" video.

@Gameinggames If you look closely, I never said "You can't take this, I own it all and I'll take you down if you use it". I merely asked people, nicely, to not use it without asking me first. They can take it if they want... I don't care. Most of the time I prefer people telling me so I can see what creation they made out of it more than anything else. Get off your high horse, please.

@MrSatternJr since the person who made this video does not hold the copyright of the used material he can not forbid anyone from downloading it...it is not his. You can't just take someoneleses work change it and then call it your own.

@MrSatternJr Technically you can the gameplay shown in my videos does not belong to me. When you use a videorecorder to tape lets say "Star Wars Episode 3" only to recut it and upload it on a website later, does this make it your film? The only thing you did was to use a tool to recut and record that film. Just for doing that you do not own any rights to the picture and audio material. It is not yours and never will be unless you pay the copyright holder. continued -
