Oh for crying out loud. Any Free Stater should know that he is legally obligated to surrender ID when driving. I love how Mr. Ridley stands up for his right not to surrender ID when walking, but this guy needs an education.

You are disagreeing with the U.S. Supreme Court in cases such as Brignoni-Pierce and Hiibel. Police must have a reasonable and articulable suspicion you are involved in a crime, or be at a legal checkpoint, before they are allowed to stop you.
