http://www.irsa.us Unsafe left turn. A motorist turns left in front of a bicycle causing a collision. The cyclist did not have a headlight but the scene was sufficiently illuminated to allow the motorist to see the cyclist. The pickup truck was equipped with a custom built lumber rack which caused extensive injuries to the cyclist during the collision. Biomechanics are explained.
