Maybe a new Lowrider boat?
-
@chiefkyle1 That is if the battery still works.

I forgot the plug, the first time I put my boat in the water. Wife reminded me before we left the dock.
At this point, you put the plug in, and turn on the bilge. Water will be gone in no time.

Thank God my bilge pump actually pumps out more than what comes in when the plug is out. I have stood on my outdrive a few times and put it back in, while in the water. I know I'm an idiot---didn't learn the first time. I highly recommend an oversized bilge pump.

I forgot to reconnect engine drain lines one time after getting my boat out of winter storage. Any time the engine was running it was pumping water into the hull. When I first noticed water coming in like crazy, not knowing why, I panicked and beached it so it wouldnt sink. Then I realized Im not a perfect mistake free god like youtube commenters that just say ugly negative insulting things about everybody else. Oh and another time I left the plug out.

wish my boat sank like that lol mine went down just like this THEN capsized and i lost over 2 grand worth of stuff...managed to repair my outboards after it was recovered but put me out of fishing for nearly 3 months!! and now i'm possibly looking at a rebuild on my main because of salt water corrosion.

@gearbanger57 correct, and if you stop to take a dip, you just put your big toe in the hole.

Obviously they're a bit late, but to prove a point to a buddy and win a $50 bet, i launched my boat without the drain plug. Once you take off it will pull the water out of the boat. As long as you don't stop, you could ride all day without it.
is this in White Lake, NC?
