yup. as a kid,i would go and visit my granny on the weekends with my cousins and it was a fine place to live. it was a mix of everyone, there were blacks, jews, poles, irish,and etc and everyone, i mean everyone was plight and well behaved, now, it's a different story

I came in the country only 15 years ago and I did not know about all this. Good idea about adding the link to MIT report written by Joseph D. Duran, and the William KleinKnecht book. I haven't finished reading the report yet. but it's very interesting. I did not know Puerto Ricans had it so hard around here. Good research info. Thanks.
