@Darcizone He annoys me because he doesn't work well with others. You have to build the plot on each other's performance. I've seen John do "No we're not, we're [doing something else]." Completely negating their plot. You don't do that in improv. Also, someone could be well into a sentence before John interupts and goes in a completely different direction. Basically, he steals the show (in a bad way) and instead of working with people, he works on his own with his "sidekicks."
