wooden ball is best

Does the color of the Smartball indicate a different weight from other colors? If not, what is the exact weight of a Smartball?

I have a friend that plays in a ball hockey league. I'll pass on this video link to him!

It's still a ball... Why not use a puck that was designed for improving stickhandling, and has been tested to improve stickhandling ability like the XPuck?

@2004hog i watched the xpuck video on your youtube channel. it looks like a great product. are you affiliated with them in some way? in answer to your question, i think there is a time and a place for either product.
obviously, the xpuck is a weighted puck, designed to strengthen forearm and wrist strength. whereas the smart ball was designed to mimic the weight and feel of a puck. according to the xpuck site, it was intended mainly for on-ice use, while a ball can be used on any surface...

whats better the orange ball or the wooden ball
NaBMjB 7 months ago
@NaBMjB they both serve different purposes. the orange ball (smart ball) is meant to simulate the feel of a puck. the wooden balls are way lighter and are all about improving your stickhandling speed, kind of like overspeed training for your hands.
