Super Simple Learning happily announces the release of Twinkle Twinkle, a beautiful new interactive picture book, music video, and counting activity all packaged into one great app. Available now as a universal app on the iTunes store, Twinkle Twinkle builds on the overwhelming response to the Twinkle Twinkle Little Star YouTube video.

Twinkle Twinkle, the app, allows children to interact with the characters from the video they love so much. The interactive storybook tells the reassuring story of a friendship between a restless owl and a little star that watches over the forest. It's the perfect bedtime story, full of fun touch animations. Touch the screen to watch the owl's wing's flap and hear the owl hoot. See the star spin around. Help the owl and the star fly across the sky with a flick of your finger!

Story features:
* "Read to me" option with clear, calm, easy-to-understand narration
* "Read myself" option so you can go at your own pace
* "Auto-play" option for automatic page turning and narration
* Fun touch animations on almost every page
* Wonderfully rich animation and illustration

The app also includes an enhanced version (higher definition and a few extra treats) of the Twinkle Twinkle Little Star music video, so parents can take it with them on the go.

Music video features:
* Enhanced version of the YouTube classic "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"
* Choose the original child vocals, or the calming adult vocals of the story narrator.

There is also a very simple counting stars activity to help young learners practice counting to 20.

PLEASE MAKE AN APP FOR ANDROID! My son LOVES this video SO much and lots of your other videos! "Hoot hoot Star!"- that's how he asks to see it. :)

I got my android a couple of days ago, and the first thing I was excited about was to get this App for my son. No matter what the cost!! lol. I was so disappointed.

3 out of 5 star app. My son loves the video but the story telling is very slow when you pick Read to me... and the non "swipe" ability vs some of the other stoy telling books is a big disappointment; since thats whats he's used to... plus I think there's a bug in the default audio when you watch the video. But I haven't fully tested it... I MYSELF would love an interactive app of the ABC's. The 3 part one with the phonetics... that would in my eyes be a killer app!
