Dear Ilse, I just wanted to let you know that I had my teeth cleaned today by a dental hygienist who used a hypersonic plaque remover which always causes me much anxiety and tension, not to mention all the other scraping with sharp, pointy instruments! I became physically tense, mainly in the shoulders, arms, hands and neck BUT then I remembered you and your soft whisperings! So I tried to visualize you, Ilse, doing one of your wonderful relaxation videos! (CONTINUED)

(CONTINUATION) And so, Ilse, I did just that, and I saved lots of physical and psychic energy as I imagined you, started cleansing breaths, and my relaxed my chest. Then my arms and hands released and relaxed, and I my entire upper body let go, even as the hygienist was scraping and poking away at my teeth! So THANK YOU for all of your wonderful ASMR videos! You are a very pleasant and attractive young woman, and it is a pleasure to listen to you! Please continue your ASMR work!
