Raw materials: we melt raw materials by ourselves or purchase raw materials from Juli mill and Baosteel mill that are famous in China.
Production process: every employee passes training lessons strictly, they have strong responsibility in quality consciousness, and can control the whole process strictly.
Inspection items: eyeballing(surface),measure test(OD, WT and length), chemical composition(spectrum and chemical composition analysis), mechanical property tests(including Elongation test , hardness test, flaring test, bending test and flattening test), nondestructive test(including hydrostatic test, eddy current test and ultrasonic test), intergranular corrosion test, etc.
