Haha, my hair is really damaged. Some of my split ends go all the way up. x] So I plan on continuing to grow it out until the end of senior year, then lop it all off for college. I don't want to do it any earlier since my mum will freak out since I plan on cutting it basically like a guy's. xD But thank you for the tips. ^ ^ I already do most of those since I don't drink, smoke, own any styling tools, or swim haha.

I think that it's better for your hair. I had a problem in a salon and they realy brouk my hair. Now i am using my natural color and trying to have the best that i never had.

Just I little FYI when looking at ingredients; yes sulfates are bad for hair, however the reason most people avoid parabens not because they are harmful to hair but because when used as a preservative in food, they have been linked to cancer.
