The rich don't want to pay taxes.
That's why we have a huge Natl debt., Reagan gave the rich huge tax breaks and the debt began growing.
They always get their way.

The rich pay more taxes than anyone. It's called progressive income tax, and it's unconstitutional. It's popular, but unconstitutional. That's fine if you don't think we should follow the constitution though.
