Commonly found during late morning/early afternoon between Wilshire and Hollywood districts on Melrose St., on the Patrol desk, specifically during Buyer Beware. Also, during that case, the vehicle can be found on Beverly Ave.
Has spawned on La Brea Ave at Hawthorn Ave (northwest corner of map). Also spotted driving near the corner of 1st and Mariposa in Wilshire. Also sighted driving on Bronson Ave. between Fernwood Ave. and Santa Monica Blvd.

It was my last one - found it during "Manifest Destiny" Vice case right after talking to Felix Alvarro after "Bus Shooting" - it was just standing on the street :)

This was my last one. Found mine on the corner of Melrose and Hobart, which appears above and very slightly to the left of the 'w' of 'Wilshire' in the map. BEWARE! I found one, crashed into it to make it stop and it despawned as soon as the camera view went off it. If you find one, keep the camera on it at all times.

Got mine at the intersection of De Longpre Ave and Vine St., right near the Hollywood station. I saw one here yesterday, and just missed it. But today I went to this intersection, and just sat here for about 4 minutes until a whole parade of them showed up.
