WeSNIP (Whatcom Education Spay & Neuter Impact Program) celebrated national Spay Day USA in February 2009 by offering its "To Neuter is Cuter" event. With the support of volunteers and local veterinarians WeSNIP neutered 149 male cats in 8 hours for $5 each. These great photos were taken by volunteer Steven Berry.
