Eight Reasons Why I Don't Share My Faith

There is a wise old saying you should heed --
"The more you preach, the less likely you are to be heard."

As cool and perhaps humorous as this was intended to be, I find it rather sad. So many people in the world pushing religion as if it's something wonderful when really it's just a psychological disease. How much character does it take to lie to children about what's real? How much character does it take to tell people you have answers when really all you have are rhetorical questions? How much character does it take to attack people who question your sanity because of the insanity of your faith?

im not insane i just belive in god because i do i think it teaches how to be a better person also some of the stuff is a good read.

stop ripping peoples religions its not fair to shootdown other peoples opinions just because you think different.

It's insane to believe in things that obviously aren't real or true and it's immoral to lie to people about it. Granted it may be amusing, in what way does this making people better?

I have my own opinions but they're sound opinions. I don't shovel bunk. There is nothing unfair about questioning other people's opinions and then, when they prove to be bunk, pointing them out as such. What's unfair is silencing reasonable people every time and raving lunatic get's his feelings hurt.

If this wasn't so serious, it would be a masterpiece of comedy. Of course, they'll never know just how funny they truly sound.

que pasa LP, ya say "Because I was a Christian for over 12 yrs" i have to disagree with ya you there, either you are a christian, or you never were, was isnt an option. besides hearing about it and having true fellowship with God are worlds apart. when we face God many ppl will cry out Lord Lord didnt i do this or that for you, do u remember what He says? remember also the parables wheat and chaff . there r many ppl that go to church that dont know Jesus, i hope you havent lost your Faith.
