I played Mafia for the first time recently, It had been so long since I last watched this video I never made the connection.
That music was brilliant, shame it was only used twice (in the game).

Probably the best Gmod video made. Whereas other videos use extensive satire/parody, slapstick, and stuff exploding (which are all great comic devices), this video truly models amazing creativity and original humor combined with excellent storytelling and atmosphere creation. Not to mention dedicated quality editing.
If fncypntz hasn't received job offers from solid production companies, I will be very surprised.
